We have in store for our clients, a quality assured range of MAHATHOL SOLUCUT 25 / 50/147 oils that are used for cutting operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. These oils are water soluble cutting oils that form milky white stable emulsions with water as these have an oil to water mixing ratio of 1:20 to 1:40, depending on the operation. Containing anti-rust, anti-corrosive and anti-foaming properties, these water soluble cutting oils are imbibed with a biocide to prevent bacterial growth. These oils are recommended for as they provide excellent tool life and surface finish by minimizing the tool wear and giving good cooling, tooling and lubricating properties. These oils are in compliance with the IS 1115-1986 (Reaffirmed 1991) specifications and have passed the IP 287 filter chips corrosion tests. Sspecifications :

| Mahathold Drala 15/66 oils are fully Refined Petroleum base oils blended with fatty oils to impart good wetting characteristics. These oils have good cooling ability. They also have Extreme Pressure additives and anti- wear additives for their effective performance. These oils are recommended for deep drawing and forging operations of steel, ferrous, nickel metals, tubes and their alloys
