| We offer our Quenching Oils under the brand name of MAHATHOL Quench 22 and 32. These are general purpose Quenching and Heat Treatment Oils manufactured using selected low sulphur base stocks. Our quenching oils have polar additives with good wetting characteristics to impart accelerated quenching and requiring hardening of many components such as bolts, set screws, crank shafts axles, camshafts, steering arms, and brake drums. These oils meet IS 2664-1980 (reaffirmed 1993) specifications.

Offered under the brand name Mahathol Protectol; this is a dewatering fluid manufactured using oil soluble surface active agents dissolved in a solvent with suitable corrosion preventive and film forming material. Rust Preventive Oils - Dry Film:
The Mahathol Protectol Super manufactured by us is dry film type oil containing rust preventive material in a solvent for ease of application. When applied to metal surface the solvent evaporates leaving a protective coating deposit on the surface to be protected. These oils give protection against rusting the work piece during storage, between machining operations and protects metal surfaces against corrosion.
